Wood flooring to ground floor area
Mike turned up at time agreed and worked efficiently and tidily laying the wood flooring. He was courteous and polite and I felt quite happy to leave him in the house when I was out. He finished the job on schedule and the flooring looks absolutely lovely. He cleared up all the mess and left the area looking spotless. He has telephoned me twice since I returned from holiday to see if everything is okay and offer to come back if I have any problems. I would certainly recommend Mike Bailey to anyone wanting wood flooring in their home.

4 days laid dining room, hall and lounge oak flooring.
Very knowledgeable, worked consistently to high standards, listened to our requests and met our needs, worked alone in our house, very trustworthy, dedicated to getting things right and completing in the time specified. Very professional, experienced in laying all types of wood. I would certainly recommend him and use him if needed again in the future.
Lay a new Kitchen Floor
Mike did an excellent job. He offered a good price, arrived when he said he would every day and completed the job with minimum disruption. On a couple of occasions Mike went beyond his remit. We would certainly employ him again and would thoroughly recommend him.

Laminate floor in kitchen
Mike was friendly, courteous and helpful. He arrived on time, worked hard and completed the project in the forecast time. He admitted to being ‘fussy’ and this showed in his attention to detail and tidiness. I was impressed that he fitted felt protective pads to the legs of the furniture – something that I had not asked him to do. I thought I paid a fair price for an excellent job and have no hesitation in recommending his services.
